Her certification is in Stress Management, Integral Yoga, as well as her personal journey with stress-related issues contributes to the success she has with clients at the Psychological level. Her program Unwrapping Stress instructs participants to release their layers of tension and stress through the method of Stress Management Techniques; in the direction of restoring both body and mind towards recovery and relaxation. Additionally, her Sleep Management program educates participants on how to deeply release their mental/physical tension, towards relaxation & restoration.
