Vacation from the Podcast

Hello friends,

Thank you for supporting my blog and podcast since 2020. Wow, time flies.

I’m writing this post after a lot of thinking. I’ve finally decided to take a break from podcasting and I am not sure if or when I will resume it or start a new one.

I started The Nishant Garg Show back in 2020 and I had never imagined that I’d come this far in this journey and be able to publish 249 episodes.

My intention with the podcast was to “build skills and develop relationships and friendships with people“. Now, when I look back, I have learned so much in this process, made new friendships, and gained new skills. I’m a better person now.

I wouldn’t come far without the support of all the guests and all the listeners who supported my mission.

I’ve been a student of life and I will always be.

Over the past few months, I noticed myself procrastinating to get new guests. I realized that I hadn’t been motivated and inspired enough to keep the podcast going. This work has been a huge labor of love, patience, and growth on many levels.

Writing this post wasn’t easy for me either. It’s easy to start new things and it’s really hard to put an end to things we loved the most. Everything in life has a new beginning and ending.

Energy shifts. Energy transfers. The energy of the podcast is transforming into something new that I’ve yet to experience as of writing this podcast.

As I evolved, the podcasting evolved, the topics evolved, and my style of holding an interesting conversation evolved.

The podcast episodes will still be available for you to listen to on all the podcast platforms.

As I listen to life’s guidance for me, I strongly feel that I need to end this beautiful chapter of my life and start a new one. I am so grateful for the all lessons and connections.

I am always excited about sharing my writings in blog form and they will be available on my website.

I’m still available via email and feel free to connect with me here.

With Love,

Pura Vida!

Noelle Willet — Tune into Energy and Feeling into it, Practicing Living in Unknown and Uncertainty

Noelle Hodge Willett — Our guest’s intro in her own words — “My name is Noelle Hodge Willett.  In 1976 my mom and dad brought my sister Renee my brother DJ  and me to this incredible mountain range called The Sawtooths.

I was nine. We basically never left.  A far cry from Cleveland, Ohio. Thanks, Mom and Dad. My husband Dan and I  have been fortunate to raise our beautiful children Gabrielle, Gunner, and Drew here in the Wood River Valley.

As they began to leave “the nest” I instinctively knew what I had to do. That was to find out Who I truly was. And so the heart and hard relationship with myself began in 2016. I began to take Mastery classes online. Self Mastery, The Conscious Creation Process, The Language of Feelings, Karma and Dharma, Spiritual Distinction Meditation, Chakra Work and science of Ayurvedic Medicine. I knew that was just the start.

I completed my Yoga Certification in 2018 and have been teaching classes since. Early in 2020, a yoga practice called Kundalini found me. I began to take classes immediately through several modalities. Digging deep during the “pandemic” was beyond a blessing.  I am currently in Teacher /training for level one Kundalini. “

Sonya Looney — American Professional Racing Cyclist: Be Brave, Do Epic Shit, Defining Success, and More

You can do hard things with optimism. Be Brave. Do Epic Shit

Success is crossing the finish line with an effort you are proud of, regardless of the actual race time or podium position. Success is defined with a growth mindset: the focus on effort, viewing challenges as opportunities to learn, and avoiding assigning a result as personal validation. It took me years to get to this point.
