Kathy Caprino, M.A. is a career and leadership coach, a Forbes senior contributor, TEDx speaker, LinkedIn influencer, and host of the Finding Brave podcast (which has ranked in Top 100 Apple Career Podcasts in the U.S. and beyond). Her mission is to support the advancement of women in business around the globe. Kathy is a speaker on topics spanning women’s empowerment, overcoming workplace adversity, effective communication, entrepreneurship, personal growth, and navigating change.

Prior to founding her executive coaching and consulting firm, she achieved 18-year corporate career in publishing, direct marketing, and membership services, serving in director and VP roles in marketing, product development, research, and product management, Kathy earned an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University, a B.A. in English Literature from Boston University, and educational certifications and other training from New York University, ,University of London, and the Institute for Life Coaching Training.

Holly Rogers, M.D. is one of the developers of Koru Mindfulness, an evidence-based program for teaching mindfulness and meditation to college-age adults. Holly is the co-founder of the Center for Koru Mindfulness, an agency dedicated to developing and delivering mindfulness programs for young adults. She worked as a psychiatrist at the student counseling center at Duke University for 23 years where she helped students integrate the practice of mindfulness into their lives in a meaningful way. She is the co-author with Margaret Maytan of Mindfulness for the Next Generation: Helping Emerging Adults Manage Stress and Lead Healthier LivesHer latest book, The Mindful Twenty-Somethingis a guide for young adults who wish to learn about using mindfulness and meditation to enhance their journey through emerging adulthood.

Thérèse Plummer(@tplummer76) is an actor and award-winning audiobook narrator working in New York City. She has recorded over 350 audio books for various publishers. She has been nominated for the 2019 Audie Awards for her work on the multicast, Sadie by Courtney Summers for Macmillan Audio, Mutlicast Any Man by Amber Tamblyn for Harper Audio and her solo narration for The Rogue Planets Shaken by Lee W. Brainard for Podium Publishing. 

The American Library Association (ALA) awarded her work on Sourdough by Robin Sloan as part of the 2018 Listen List:Outstanding Audiobook Narration for Adult Listeners.
