Her certification is in Stress Management, Integral Yoga, as well as her personal journey with stress-related issues contributes to the success she has with clients at the Psychological level. Her program Unwrapping Stress instructs participants to release their layers of tension and stress through the method of Stress Management Techniques; in the direction of restoring both body and mind towards recovery and relaxation. Additionally, her Sleep Management program educates participants on how to deeply release their mental/physical tension, towards relaxation & restoration.

Shelley Brown has over 25 years of experience as a national and regional sales professional for both private and public corporations in the hospitality and technology sectors. Six years ago, She faced her greatest challenge when she suffered a serious spinal injury. After a lifetime of fitness that included 25 marathons, six ultra-marathons and countless half-marathons, and leading four to six indoor cycling classes a week, she found herself dealing with chronic pain and an impaired ability to walk. She was in a constant “flight/fight/freeze” mentality about her health, career, and future. Then, She discovered the practice of mindfulness and learned that stress is a physiological experience—not something you can “talk yourself out of.”
