
Cheryl Jones has devoted her entire career as a healthcare professional to exploring and teaching best practices that can easily be incorporated into everyday life.Her background includes undergrad and master’s degrees in health and exercise science. Curious about the body-mind connection, she was drawn to the UMass Medical School, where she completed extensive teacher training in the science-supported Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, under Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn himself. Expanding on this holistic approach to well-being, she studied spiritual counseling at the University of Saint Joseph.
She founded The Mindful Path in 2003 where the mission is to engage and empower people with mindfulness skills so they can improve their health and well-being in all areas of life
She also authored two books to help you to live more mindfully:
