Tara Cousineau, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and author of The Kindness Cure: How the Science of Compassion Can Heal Your Heart and Your World. She currently works as a staff psychologist at Harvard University’s Counseling and Mental Health Center. She is trained in mind-body medicine from Harvard Medical School, is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, and a facilitator of the Daring Way Method™ in practices of courage and resilience, based on the research by Dr. Brene Brown.
